1. A/F : exposure to north-west wind (aco., hep.), getting cold, over use of voice. 
2. Constant picking at nose until it bleeds (cina), pick lips until they bleed.
3. Cracks at corner of mouth. 
4. All the discharges are acrid in nature (coryza). (ars., alli.c.).
5. Stoppage of nose(nat.sulph).
6. Rawness of nostrils. 
7. Aphonia, after exposure to wind or singing or over use of voice. 

Modalities 

Aggravation : same as A/F, night.
