Guiding symptoms + keynotes 

1. Diarrhoea : has to hurry immediately after eating & drinking with want of confidence in sphincter ani. 
2. Offensive, much flatus with sensation as if stool will pass out. 
3. Hemorrhoids : blue, like bunch of grapes. Itching with tenderness, relieved by cold water.
4. Diseases of mucous membrane causes production of mucus in jelly like lumps from throat / rectum. 
5. Headache in forehead congestive with heaviness of eyes, must close them, headache alternates with lumbago, Headache alternates with diarrhoea. 

GIT / Diarrhoea 

• Diarrhoea : has to hurry immediately after food and drink (crot.t.).
• Want of confidence in sphincter ani. 
• Stool with much burning flatus and mucous lumps. 
• No feeling while passing the stool. 
• Solid stool with mucus mass passes involuntary. 
• Hungry during stool. 
• Diarrhoea alternates with headache.

Piles

• Refer hemorrhoids in guidings. 

Modalities 

• Aggravation : early morning, hot dry weather. 
• Amelioration : cold water, discharge of flatus and stool.
