Guiding Symptoms + keynotes
- A/F : Dentition period, hot summer weather, milk or milk in any form.
- Physically great weakness, the child can not stand up or hold the head up.
- Herpetic eruption on the end of nose with well marked linea nasalis.
- Intolerance of milk in any form, it is vomited in large curds and after vomiting, weakness causes drowsiness.
- Indigestion of teething children, vomiting is violent, sudden - of frothy milky white substance, (curdled milk & cheesy matter) regurgitation of food in an hour after eating.
- Complete absence of thirst (puls., ipec., gels., ars. in chronic, apis except chill stage).
- Mentally patient is idiotic, incapable to think, very much confused.
- Epileptic spasm with clenched thumb, red face, fix & dilated pupils, mouth filled with foam, Locked jaw, eyes turned downward.
- Examination funk (gels., arg.nit.).
Baby
- Cholera infantum - if the milk drunk by the baby, it is vomited out as very sour curds.
- Include all the guidings and keynotes especially epilepsy.

- Vomit : A/F - period of dentition, hot summer weather, intake of milk in any form.
- Baby can not tolerate milk in any form, it is vomited out in large quantities, after which a baby becomes greatly weak and drowsy.
- Stool : undigested, thin, greenish stool obstinate constipation, feels as if Bowel action is lost.
Modalities
- Aggravation : after eating or drinking, milk or milk product, during dentition, 3-4 a.m.,evening.
- Amelioration : covering, open air, company, tight bandage on head.
